I brought 2 properties in Auckland in mid -2003.....still my best investment $$ return, both up around 100% in value.

Today our Q.V people said house price increases reduced to 8.8% ....oh damn ...lol.

Cullen, our Finance Minister said he want to introduce a Mortagage tax.....boy did he get a slapping from everyone.... including the Prime Minister....LOL.

Back to BLR....By around the corner news....I mean not far away....factually, I'm picking March as a big month.

We are already past my February Target.
