These are some of the questions I would like metalstrom to answer before we vote on the new equity proposal!

I believe the type of information I am asking for here is available and is something that metalstrom can find out from the share registrar quite easily?


1/Will metalstorm make an endeavour to find out where the bulk of the shares that were traded during the AFHL offer period went? did they go to small shareholders or did the majority of them go to a large shareholding position and if so why wasnt it declared?

2/Does the company or any of its subsiduaries behind the offering hold any shares in metalstorm already and where are they headquartered?

3/If so how many and what percentage of the company do they already own before the vote on the terms of this new offering when it comes? and when were the bulk of these shares purchased?


4/What will be the total share ownership by this company of metalstrom after the vote, and what percentage in total of the company will they own?

5/Is the company behind the equity offer going to move on the company (metalstorm) for total ownership within the next three years?

6/Will the company (metalstorm) remain an Australian company and remain headquartered in Brisbane Australia for the foreseeable future?

7/What is the total number of shareholders in metalstorm now, and what was it before the first equity offer by AFHL? Has it increased or decresed and by what number?

If metalstorm make no effort to answer these questions fully and honestly, then it should be obvious that we are being dudded in my opinion.
