5.1 cps represents a return of approx 6.2% om current share price and if profits are distributed fully. Not too bad at current interest rate levels, howver it won't set the market on fire.
Of course there is always upside in price movements and further developments.
Too many shares about though and your previous idea of buying back shares may be necessary to get Sp movement.
