This part is a bit confusing

"The Minister further advised that it is the Government’s position that Anvil Mining Congo SARL should pay to the Government of the DRC an amount in respect of the 10% interest in the Dikulushi Mine held for local communities, from the date of inception of the Dikulushi Convention."
Are they saying they want to control the 10% or they want another 10% - the backdating part causes the confusion, unless they simply want the 10% accounted for from the inception? no clarity at this stage.

also confusing is this
"Anvil has also been requested to submit to the Government a plan for social programs that will have a visible impact."

Have they done their homework - how much more visible can schools, roads, wells, hospital upgrades be!!

Overall - well we keep Dik & based on a legal standpoint appear to have a very good case for getting a better deal then offered - so gotta be pretty happy with that.
