Now there is something where the work has been done, the mining and financial risk assumed, ready to steal, well, ....and what are you going to do about it? No matter how rich the ore, and how good you are, when youa re in the jungle you have to deal with its inhabitants. No doubt the Chinese have an involvement here, now as they do in Sudan. Well might be open to do an Exxon on DRC regime. Take them to international court, and is successful grab their assets O/S, but these would be well stashed in bolt holes like Austria. I sold out my AVM a while back on the first whiff of the new mob wanting loot. Bought CMR, and have suffered there too, but at least it isnt in b. Africa. Why would anyone bother. Leave them to their squalor.
