I have heard that the octagonal float has had plenty of money thrown at it and they have more than they need but they need 400 investors as a part of ASX listing and there is still around 10% of that up for grabs.
If ORS didn't need the 400 spread you'd have buckley's chance of getting any at this stage.
Therefore it seems that small investors and AGS priority shareholders will get their shares over the next few days that they apply for.
And yes I do agree that AGS let Maldon go very cheap, but AGS is still a major shareholder and ORS picked up the other projects very cheap also, with likely multimillion ounce deposits to feed the mill along with the blue sky tenements of W.A which could make the company as famous as the racehorse.
Plenty of upside here and I believe the last chance to get in at basement level.
