Marco. its tongue in cheek comment by robhood lol. He doesnt really expect it to go down any further thats why he wont sell but in this business there can never be guarantees. So he is saying he likes the stock so much that if it did drop whether by manipulation or whatever he would buy more. You have to read between the lines to get the intent lol.
Just by way of example when not that long ago the stock was going down I didnt expect it to go down to the 9s and therefore I didnt sell. I expected it to go the other way, but down it went and when it hit the 9s I said enough is enough and no I didnt sell I bought more. Im certain thats what Robhood means lol.
