cortis, agreed that alot've companies struggle after consolidation, HOWEVER, i dont believe this is a 'last resort' move by MPO management, I'm looking at it from the perspective where as long as they are a sub 50c/$1 share they will not be recommendable by insto's/brokers that cannot touch stocks below that mark.

Yes, it would be great if management could push this to that mark from where it is, but with this much scrip on issue it's always going to be at the hands of the traders.
