Cortis, if you still have you proxy, send it in.
It may not achieve much but, it will show the Directors what we think of them.
Consolidation should have not been included and voted for, at the AGM, where there is not much time to have a proper debate.
A normal circular with a proxy vote, explaining in full the pros and cons in the matter, would have been more acceptable to digest.
For what it is worth, this is my opinion anyway.
