A year later, this new offer on DACIAN demonstrates, if necessary, that the first offer from GENESIS, with the collaboration of the DACIAN board (which was guilty of not fulfilling its primary task of protecting the interests of shareholders) was not correct and deserved a deposit complaint and investigation by ASIC. It may not be too late and let's hope that the victims will be heard and compensated!

Two problems with your thesis.
1. Both businesses have evolved. GMD with the acquisition of Gwalia and DCN with the advancement of Hub. This along with evolving market conditions will affect SP, relative valuations, etc...
2. No-one forced anyone to sell their DCN stock in the first TO event.
