This is a very good value stock IMO. The only major concern is the low, 45% gearing covenant, if that gets renegotiated there is very little to worry about.
Hopefully the 1.75c dividend will be kept, which at the price I bought at represents a 40% p.a return, but even if it is reduced the returns will be excellent. I believe that this and GMG are the best REITS, followed by ALZ.
