Not Too shabby eh!..... Or am I missing something?
Just quickly, as I need to be elsewhere.
Some numbers for perusal (no apologies for mistakes as I am in a hurry and shouldn't be here!)
Mining and Processing costs: = $17.50 per tonne
Number of tons: = 30 mt * 1.24% = 372,000 tonne of Copper
Revenue: @ say $AUS8,000 per tonne = $2,976,000,000 or $2.976 Billion
Costs 1: Mining and Processing @ $17.50 per tonne = $6,510,000
Costs 2: Admin @ say $5 mill per year??? = $50,000,000
Net After Tax and Royalties (30% and 2.5%): = $1,970,655,750 or $1.97 Billion
Net after Tax per Year: = $197,065.575 or $197.1 million
Assuming 150 million shares,
EPS: = $1.31 (after tax)
Applying a PE of say 7 => $9.19 per share
Not bad for a dud resource eh!
I wonder what the numbers for the expected higher grades will look like? Plus we have further exploration, processing the lower grade ore, Wilgar, SW anomaly etc etc to also factor into the mix.
Cheers
