I have just cleared all my proprty trusts.

I had MOF, IOF, DXS and WDC

I am still a great believer in this segment and have been a long term holder, to the point that i am sure that my dividends have covered my costs long ago.

We ARE going to see growing unemployment and that is bums not on seats and seats not required and offices for them also a little on the lean side.

Technicals and fundimentals not working anymore infact its been all emotion for a long time.

I see $100,000 saved now is worth $200,000 when i get back in because they will have reduced in cost and i will have the extra cash to spend.

Hell I only sold MOF on Tuesday and it was 11c then.
