    im sorry about that ommission, 32% is not that bad is it?

    32% is fricking huge!!!!!!

    and there is more than 1 US property like that.

    you can see whay people are saying well, gee wiz, imagine if the whole portfolio had vacancy rates like that!!!

    what happens when the other tenants in those US properties also go bust?

    im sorry guys, that sort of performance is crapola.

    i think there is real value in MOF, however, the prices you are selling in all of these trusts has nothing to do with value its all about confidence.

    if you were a fund manager and your mandate was to invest in listed property secuirities and all of a sudden the LPT is delisted because its trading at such a discount what do you think the managers will do? thats right, any LPT they think will be privatised or delisted will be dumped because they will breach their investment mandates.

    this is why some many of the smaller LPTs are being hammered and sold off by the fundies.

    so i say buy and keep accumulating because in 2-3 yrs you will make big big money because of the short sighted fundies, brokers and anaylsts.
