put yourself in the Judges shoes. You've just spent 9 months in a foreign country listening to SMM's lawyers trying to drag things out as much as possible, throwing everything but the kitchen sink as "evidence". Now the trial has ended, doesn't the Judge still get paid during his deliberation process? Surely there's a heap of paperwork/points to go through and document in writing. Now if it was me, I wouldn't be rushing, why not lounge in the sun and take your time doing it all while you get paid? I'm not saying this is whats going to happen, but why not have a paid, less intense 3 months?
Personally I think it wont take quite that long, probably 6-8weeks I'm guessing.
