Someone asked re EGM with perhaps a resolution to remove board. This may be complicated and unless you know that you can control a majority of the registry you will fail. You will no doubt require legal advice. Holders can get a copy of the registry from:

You will then have some idea of who holds the majority (some will be nominees however).


A class action would be to retrieve funds per holder and or the project itself. PDY has 3 months cash left on the basis of the latest quarterly report o that's not paying anyone anything.

Best seek legal advice but the best thing would be for either this management to get a real investor or be replaced by someone who can.
