The rare earths story has not fizzled out, it's just taking a breather. The supply-demand situation hasn't miraculously changed in the last 2 weeks.
And the uranium story is just getting started again and, in my opinion, the 2006 uranium bull market will pale in comparison to the one coming up. And that's saying something!
RSL is positioned perfectly to take advantage of both great commodity stories. RSL chart looks exceptional, and after analysing tops (and bottoms for that matter) for many years, it is my considered opinion that the recent 20.5c top is DEFINITELY NOT the all time top. I would give it a 5% chance that it is. Of course, this is just my opinion and DYOR.
