Are they Primary School or High School sized, vulc?
At a guess I would say they are middling to big kid size but it’s difficult to tell from the angle of the picture.
I scored a dozen red and blue ones from the local Primary School about 10 years ago but I only have 2-3 left, they were the Pre Primary School/Grade 1 sized chairs.
I lost my best pic of those chairs being used when I upgraded my last phone.
I had 11 Hash House Harrier friends sitting on the in a semi circle, youngest bloke was 52 oldest 78 and only 3 of them weighed in under 80kgs
They all complained about the lack of height in the chairs but I fobbed them off with a story about “My Duty of Care” as the GM of the HHH club.
They couldn’t deny that there was less chance of injury falling off a chair from such a low height in comparison to a normal sized chair or bar stool.
