Despite complaining about my airfryer, I am still using it. Cooked some chicken thigh fillets for my brunch this morning (still trying to eat a 18:6 kinda way of eating and it's best to eat protein to break the mini-fast, so that's what I did. Mind you, I was watching the tennis, expected Tsisapis and the Joker match but it was going to be a long match.....but did watch until beginning of third game..... but, this morning find out Tsisapis lost after all. Was hoping he'd win.
