I followed a suggestion as follows. Banana, berries (I used five little raspberries and chopped a small banana. Stuck a Lindt chocolate on top, and in a small metal plate, I AirFried it!! Put a little cream on top. That's my sweetness for the day. Yummmmmy.
The chicken was just fine. I chopped what I didn't eat and put it in a soup which was pumpkin originally, but turned into pumpkin-chicken soup, lol. I always mix and match whatever suits my fridge and me. Yes, drumsticks should be OK perhaps with or without any coating of breadcrumbs/Panka crumbs?
One day I will buy kale as I've never turned it into chips, although took a course once where kale was cooked and it was really tender. Used to follow those recipes in those weight watching days.....now long past.
