What’s the invoice on the hairspray of a mid-sized creation?
I don’t doubt for a minute that your creations could pull 1-2 K as you would know, if he could sell one of them to an A-lister who wore it to a big event?
The idea of 1 or 2 would become redundant

I had a creation that a friend liked and wanted to buy, he wouldn’t give me a number though.
I asked him what the bit of wood was worth, gave him an estimate of the other materials and an approximate number of hours it took me to put it all together.
Then I asked again for him to make me an offer.
He never did throw out a number but I did the sums on what I thought would be a reasonable price took out the costs of materials which wasn’t much considering I use found/repurposed when I can and then divided my hours into the leftover amount.
A little bit over $2.50 a hour it worked out to be
