at a guess, I haven't a mob phone thing
it looks like your phone/camera
slowed down the speed to capture the image
and therefore, it took longer to capture
which means you have to hold the camera super still
and you moved, ever so slightly
next time..tonight/evening
rest the camera on something and try again
and take a look if the camera lens has finger prints on it ...looks that was also
