..was there much later than you...standard cheap accomodation was like $25...Encounter was $40 and i upgraded to the Penthouse for another $20..lol..it was like alittle house on top of a block of 6 story flats...on top of the hill so the views we great ..happily spent most of the first repairing the room..making it weatherproof for a start..taping up the smelly toilet etc....but it was clean ..the view unbelievable....and i'd love to stay there again...
