Picked up another stray pigeon a couple of days ago.
For some reason it didn’t mix very well with the residents, all bar one of the residents gave it the cold shoulder. The one that stayed, didn’t have any shoulders.
Anyway I locked the stray in the cage for 3 hours, checking on it every 30 minutes to reassure it that everything was fine
As it didn’t seem very happy with its new accommodation, I released it.
Sometimes it’s hard to please a fussy bird or even a pigeon, anyway I haven’t seen it since.
