The ground in the Jack-Hammer wells was tested and found to be tight. Initial oil flow from 1-1 was reported and then nothing for months! Later, after a very lengthy wait there is a mention of the potential of a possible 1% recovery of OIP. I'm yet to ever hear of another company that has even found 1% recoverable worth mentioning. Citrus is I believe just down the road. All indications are that the ground to current depth has been equally unyielding..... but has a better chance with further drilling because some experienced operators are involved! On the management side, the fact that Citrus was farmed down 30% of NEO's share to what I believe is a Waller company, keeps the recently departed well in the middle of NEO's Californian affairs. Turned a new leaf? Due for a run after the recent capital raising too!
The above is my thoughts and opinions only. DYOR.
