I hope PDN does not go and make another bid. If this does not happen PDN will rise above 12. It was this scrip deal that was keeping PDNs price down due to dillution.
Furthermore if Areva is buying in at 6.20 there is a clear profit for PDN - very good for PDN shares.
On the other hand if U goes to $500 then PDN is the clear loser in the longer run.
