The team are not wasting any time in getting the applications for approvals to commence development of this next DSU.
With the spacing based from the Flames well , there should be 4 Woodford wells in the Bruins DSU. Unlike the FMDP where 2 of the 4 wells were 5000 ft laterals giving 30,000 ft of lateral wellbore in the Sycamore and Woodford pay zones, Bruins will have 4 wells with 10,000 Ft laterals, giving 40,000 ft of lateral wellbore in the Woodford pay zone.
In gross costs, Bruins will be more expensive to develop than the FMDP, but in terms of D&C costs per lateral foot, Bruins will be cheaper than the FMDP.
Looking forward to news in the not too distant future as DP has mentioned in the last quarterly report call, they are planning to commence activity sometime toward the end of the first quarter , 2025.
Wonder what fancy names they come up with for these wells ( apart from Bruins)?
Probably will be trading ~ 50c ( or 1c pre consolidation) around this time next year when the DSU is also pumping ~4000 BOEPD during it's early flowback .
