they have recently announced the exercising of the options which is indicative that the record date will be announced later this week. (+ prospectus) IMO this ann. will capture the market's attention and send the share price soaring above 30 cents. most tentative investors are waiting on the sidelines for an iron clad confirmation that the in specie distribution will definitely take place. when this occurs, volume will pick up and the sp will rise significantly!
