Don't know anything about the management, I hope I can meet them face to face someday to quiz them.
It is very strange why the Tanzania Tusker JV with Barrick has hardly been mentioned by both SBS, and ABX. 4.5mz is not small, even by any majors' standard. Plus, 76% is indicated resources.
The 1.15g/t grid is a bit low, but a lot of company making tons of money with open pit large throughput operation, such as EQI.
If Barrick can buy out SBS at conservative $30/oz, it should be worth $45m.
Meantime, I don't think cash is an issue for SBS. They could cash out a few shares in Sunridge Gold, or Currie Rose Resources anytime they need cash.
