watso does not hold sxg - but only uses sxg as a yardstick agaisnt gda... if watso had to choose between the two (ie gda and sxg) - then sxg would be the clear winner (at comparitive market capitilizations) . both companies are in the same area .
sxg has more cash, has more gold. gda need to raise more funds - at least about $2.5m for the coming year (most likely that they will also have to retire debt). an issue at 1c would fail. given the recent share price spike, then a new capital raising might succeed, at .75c, with a free option thrown in
