    Sorry Wink, no need for senior oilers to solidly announce and rock the boat before the AGM. Loan facility ratifications/placement of shares...director loan/equity stuff wouldn't go down well with some sh, if sp rocks prematurely.Let's invite Kobe Li to the AGM to shut him up from there on in.
