Why so upbeat? You might now have a shovel but you ain't allowed to dig. The dmr will never grant nkp a ml which is the same thing as saying no notarisation. The only thing that has changed is shareholders ability to trade out of a wreck that will go the same way it did bf. Intractable dmr, agitated communities........court lol
