    The signatory must be holding off considering that DMR are being legally challenged by Anglo/ARM.

    NKP latest announcements said NKP are currently helping to provide assistance to the DMR for the current legal proceedings against them, or something like that.

    I dont know why there isnt more noise on the forum regarding this important issue. Anyone heard any meat?
