The 605 form for WGX was released to the market on the 15th of June. At that stage, WGX still owned 3.5% or ~ 16m shares in MGV.
WGX is no longer required to make further anns as they have ceased to be a substantial holder (unless they start buying and increase their holding above the 5% mark again).
