I`ve heard that it was the note holders of Arturus that brought the court action and decision to liquidate the company. If you are a note holder I would be interested to why you were not included along with other note holders of the company in seeking liquidation.

The stench of this company has tainted many others not just its own shareholders. Thats where your class action would also lie along with the stock broker you suggest. Interesting that that stockbroker sold old from its major position just before the shit hit the fan. Thats where your search should start.
