It appears very obvious that the previous Board and the fearless leader knew sweet F all about SaaS
Keep the SaaS for ASX compliance, change the name and code then vend in something all the rogues in the Con Note can pump and flip to excitable retail punters.
Twitter will let you know when the pump is close.
Shame, it's a great shell if they clean it up properly but the wrong people have it so I doubt if anything of long term value will appear in it in this re-incarnation...better to buy the next one maybe
