How anyone could even consider buying into the Daily Planet float is beyond me. For starters they have paid $1 million to raise $8.9 million which obviously suggests that it was difficult to raise. Furthermore there are no references to any figures and the business is not being floated just the property.
What an absolute joke so I expect this will go down as the worst float on the ASX in 2003 imho. For god's sake, the owner of the business who owns the real estate will be left with $13 million for a $5.75 million property...!!!
Looks like I will have to start up a brothel from home and then float the property to triple my sale price????
daily planet float will be a daily disaster!
