StatsMan for deals to be done im wondering if the money was used in the satilites if that would then intitle noteholders to take a position in them rather than bnb there would be somewhere how the noteholders money was spent and to my simple way of thinking this would be where they have some sort of claim to equity.If it was used simply to keep up the thresshold that would mean it has not aready been spent meaning it would be sitting in an account somewhere?Im trawling through the rubbish i know but well i guess it is king of interesting
