guys, i think some of you have trouble reading, the banks have s tuffed this up by letting the suspension drag on for 20 business days.
they now have to make us an offer so we don't pull the plug and send her into administration
there is no way the banks would get 20% penalty rate in adminstration.
also the banks would be unsecured creditors to the extent they haven't taken charges.
so i was actually quite surprised that we will be receiving an offer. i had all but written my notes off.
i expect this offer to be in the $15-$20 range.
