The way the announcement read, it looks like they (banks and mgmt) WANT BNB to go into admin, as they will lose less this way and less headache for them in the future.
Pretty sneaky I say, all assets owned by BBPIL, so if BNB goes into admin theres not much to go around, ie no value.
Managment have already secured their pay packet for the next few years with this deal, whethere BNB goes into admin or not, so at this point in time I dont think they care a damn.....
