Hi I would suggest that Note Holders and the other secured interst bearing holders start a forum or E Mail site like we did when we got our heads chopped of by the ANZ Bank Merrills and get some sound advice from the 3 litagators ( Sweenies Slater and Gordon and IMF) who maybe able to sqeexe a better deal than the way they are being shafted at the moment. Surely the banks have to have some responsibility for their Irresponsible Lending years ago and are now walking roughshod over genuine shareholders and secured note holders... DYOR I do not own any of these stocks I do own BBI . As I see it the Note Holders had to have some security in the assetts Cheers Towie
