The European Union have to go to United Nations COP28 and try to promote these green projects, while they are trying to sanction everyone and seize assets for not following their European rules. The Europeans think they are above the UN, imposing their own sanctions laws and external trade barriers for other nations to follow and oil price caps, all of the which the rest of the world has ignored. The Europeans have become a laughing stock, instructing everyone else how to act, without having the power to enforce any of it. Except for the asset seizures for anyone foolish enough to have assets tied up in Europe.
