Yep boost RIB is right on the money.
They could have voted on the second tranche but with over 95% for each resolution it does not matter anyway.
Remember total dilution was around 30% but the growth in profits due to the acceleration in earnings potential of all those dollars was very very cheap for the existing shareholders.
The more I think of the conversations and possibilities moving forward the more I smile...............
