As they say in the classics, its data dependant and the ironic thing is that we are relying on BMA to add value in the interim and if BMA are interested in the kit and caboodle ,it will want it as cheap as possible. Complicated? Perhaps!

My opinion/rationale of a buy-out is based on:
(a) BMA is putting money up front to do DD (ie redrilling the tenement to prove/improve/disprove existing data. If they were going in there only as contractors BMA could have included clauses in the contract which were dependant on existing drill data and that if the data was incorrect that BMA could claim compensation.
That kind of caveat is difficult in a buyout proposal; hence BMA's companion drilling.
(b) If BBM & Tbar are as valuable as assumed and if BMA has the lollies, then why would BMA not make a tilt at CKA while it is weak and before
a BMA mining deal adds value? After all if the deal goes ahead, BMA will be doing the heavy lifting and taking considerable risk for half the reward!

Mick,
my price (current situation) escalated from 15cents to 18 cents but wave 12 cents under my nose and I am out of here and into tig.
Any offer AFTER production has to be greater than 25 cents.
