I'm surprised that they don't seem concerned about a PPA being a hurdle. If that is the case, then why haven't we got one already?

I am glad to hear that Ray Shaw is passionate about the company and its prospects. In particular, I'm very heartened that they believe the CIFI raising will close by the end of the year. That would make for one very nice Christmas present.
