Notes From General Meeting, page-4

I was there, I can confirm the posts on LSE are accurate.

Ringworm, I imagine you will doubt me too so here is other general information about the meeting (I didn’t take notes).

The meeting was on the 5th floor, there were 2 staff on ground floor reception, the lift didn’t operate unless the staff used their keycard.
Refreshments were at the back of the room, mainly biscuits and energy bars. (No pastries, like at the AGM) Coffee was available via pods.
There were about seven rows of seats, about 6 seats in each row, all seats were 1 metre apart.
There were about a dozen shareholders at the general meeting.
A minutes silence was observed at 9am
General questions were invited after the scheduled business.
Mr Atherley answered all the questions which continued for about 30 minutes.
Mr Atherley left promptly after all the questions. The other 2 board members remained and engaged with share holders in some inform chat.
