Since CR (50m shares @ 2c = $1 m) is only for compliance and it was decided long back, they don't want to change as it will not have any significant effect. Also, the new investors will not sell it cheap and will aim for + 10c or more. Once CR is over and more revenue details are published, the SP will move up and up only and anything below 5c will be history.
