Are we *really* talking about this again? Seriously! Any investors who understand the cancelation and subsequent min requirements won't care. It won't even go beyond board members, they'll just dig into their pockets and buy up the options. If this affects someone's decision on price point, speculative stocks going through technical back door listing should not be on list of stocks to buy.

I understand share prices can be drawn to CR amount, but is not a guarantee. I personally think they will put this off until the last minute and will have no bearing on CR.
