I think you're right re offtakes, and a deal with Platx. The project outlined in the SS is already attractive, and anticipated higher cobalt and nickel extraction rates could make it significantly more so. If the JV can do a deal with an off-take partner as-is, it will then put them in a very good bargaining position to then negotiate with Platx at their leisure. Platx's part of the resource is likely too small for Platx to consider going it alone - at least their project economics would be much less attractive if they did so.
