I would definitely copy and paste what you posted in an email to CAJ. PLEASE post the response as it all looks very convoluted to me and I'd love some clarity.
I thought Enlitic payments were to Enlitic not a CAJ subsidiary.
The only positive thought I had was that CAJ has begun work to expand in to Asia as they always say they want to do. But as you mentioned...why no declaration to us?
